What is SHE THRIVES?
SHE THRIVES is a multilingual, talking AI avatar for every season of a woman's life, from her first year of college to her legacy years. SHE is research-validated using the Thriving Quotient: the Thriving Quotient measures thriving in life, and SHE helps you develop it, turning your results into conversation, reflection and next steps.
Who created SHE THRIVES?
SHE THRIVES was created by Dr. Stephanie D. Geter, known as THE THRIVE DOCTOR. She holds a PhD in Higher Education from Azusa Pacific University, where she specialized in quantitative research on thriving grounded in positive psychology. She is also a CPA, a Certified Fraud Examiner and a former Professor of Accounting at the University of Cincinnati. Read more on THE THRIVE DOCTOR page.
What is the Thriving Quotient?
The Thriving Quotient is a research-validated survey developed by Dr. Laurie A. Schreiner that measures thriving: being fully engaged intellectually, socially and emotionally. It looks at five areas that can grow over time: Engaged Learning, Academic Determination, Positive Perspective, Social Connectedness and Diverse Citizenship.
How does SHE use the Thriving Quotient?
Your SHE avatar starts from your Thriving Quotient results, if you choose to share them, and turns them into conversation, reflection and practical next steps. The Thriving Quotient shows where you are; SHE helps you grow from there.
Who is SHE THRIVES for?
SHE THRIVES is for women 18 and older, in every season of life: college students, early-career women, mothers, career changers, leaders and elders. It is also for the colleges, universities and organizations that want the women in their communities to thrive.
Our campus already uses the Thriving Quotient. Do we lose our existing data?
No. Campuses already running the Thriving Quotient keep every result, and SHE builds on it. You don't throw away existing data. You enrich it.
Is SHE a real person?
No. SHE is an artificial intelligence, not a human. SHE tells you she is an AI at the start of every conversation and will never claim to be a person. The woman shown at every age on this site, the films and the crowd are AI-generated illustrations. See our AI Disclosure.
What languages does SHE speak?
SHE is designed to be multilingual, so women can talk with her in their own language. The languages available at launch will be listed when SHE becomes available.
Is SHE a therapist or a crisis service?
No. SHE offers reflection and general guidance, not therapy, medical care or crisis support. If you are in crisis in the U.S., call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), text HOME to 741741, or call 911 in an emergency.
When will SHE THRIVES be available, and how do I get access?
SHE is not available yet. Join the waitlist at the end of the home page and we will email you when SHE launches. Joining is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
How much will SHE THRIVES cost?
Pricing has not been announced. Joining the waitlist is free, and we will always show you the terms before you pay for anything.
What happens to the information I give you?
When you join the waitlist we keep your first name and email to send you launch updates. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising, and we don't use waitlist or contact information to train AI models. Our Privacy Policy has the details.
How can my college or organization bring SHE to our community?
Reach the team through our contact form and choose "Bringing SHE to my campus or organization." Stephanie also speaks and leads workshops on thriving for campuses and organizations.
