Privacy Policy

SHE THRIVES ("SHE THRIVES", "we", "us") runs shethrives.ai. This policy explains what we collect, why, who helps us, and the choices you have. We keep it short and we don't sell your information.

What we collect

• When you join the waitlist: your first name (optional) and email address. We also record the date, your approximate country (from your internet connection) and your browser type, to keep the list accurate and spot abuse.
• When you contact us: your name, email, organization (optional), the topic you choose and your message.
• Automatically, when you visit: our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and standard request information to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or tracking pixels.
• Fonts: the site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address.
• Conversations with SHE: the SHE avatar is not available yet. Before it launches, we will explain inside the product, before you start, what conversation data it uses and how long we keep it.

How we use it

• To manage the waitlist and send you the launch updates you asked for.
• To answer your messages.
• To run, secure and improve the site, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising or profiling. We do not use waitlist or contact information to train AI models.

Who helps us

We share information only with service providers that process it for us, under their own privacy and security commitments:

• Cloudflare: website hosting, security and data storage.
• Resend: delivery of email notifications and updates.
• Google Fonts: font delivery.

Our team and the technology partner who operates the site can see waitlist and contact information to do this work. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect people's safety, or as part of a merger or transfer of the organization (with notice to you).

How long we keep it

Waitlist information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months. Our host's security logs are kept for short periods set by Cloudflare.

Your choices and rights

• You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
• You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Use our contact form and choose "Privacy request."
• Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana and other states with consumer privacy laws), you may also have the right to know what we collect, to portability, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising and profiling. We don't do any of those, but you may still ask.
• We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out request.
• If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; where your state provides it, you may also contact your state attorney general.
• You may use an authorized agent; we may ask you to confirm your identity. We will never treat you differently for using your rights.

Age

SHE THRIVES is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Visitors outside the United States

Information is processed in the United States. If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or elsewhere, you may have additional rights under your local law; contact us to use them.

Changes

We will post any changes here and update the date below. If a change is significant, we will tell waitlist members by email.
