These terms govern your use of shethrives.ai and the SHE THRIVES waitlist. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist or contact us.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and lets us tell you when SHE becomes available. It does not guarantee access, a launch date, or any particular features, and it does not create any obligation for you or for us. Some features may require a paid plan in the future; we will always show the terms before you pay.

SHE and our AI features

SHE is an artificial intelligence, not a person. AI can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. SHE offers reflection and general guidance, not professional advice, therapy, medical care or crisis support. You are responsible for your own decisions. Please read our AI Disclosure and Disclaimer.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site. That includes trying to break or overload it, scraping it at scale, submitting false or someone else's information, sending spam or harmful content through our forms, or using the site to break any law.

Our content

The site's text, design, films, images, the SHE avatar and the SHE THRIVES name and logo belong to SHE THRIVES or its licensors. You may view and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, modify or republish our content without permission. The Thriving Quotient and related research belong to their respective owners; references to them do not transfer any rights.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, SHE THRIVES will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Indemnity

If you misuse the site or break these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, including legal fees, that your misuse causes us.

Changes and ending access

We may update these terms; changes take effect when posted here. We may suspend or end access for anyone who misuses the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which SHE THRIVES is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your state of residence requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
