The research behind SHE

- Dissertation: The Iron Triangle Dilemma: Implications of Institutional Financial Health on Student Thriving, chaired by Dr. Laurie A. Schreiner, creator of the Thriving Quotient. Her research examines how an institution’s financial health relates to whether its students thrive.

Leadership developed on the hardcourt
An academic all-star collegiate basketball player, Stephanie learned leadership on the court and perfected it in the boardroom. She believes coaches don’t just lead teams; they build environments where people thrive.
Her approach
“We simplify the complex to meet needs and solve problems. We blend human connectivity, fun, research-based methodologies and AI-enabled creativity.”
